Looks like I’m not the only one crying bullshit at the recent censoring of Chaser on reasonably lackluster grounds. Here is an excellent article providing a compelling analysis of the recent outcry.

It is interesting to note that equally offensive humour is (and always has) gotten a free pass on Australian TV. When you see the same thing happening in multiple areas but only one is being attacked, you do start to wonder “what is special about that particular one?”….
